Financial Assistance

You can receive reimbursement toward approved educational expenses (up to $2,500 per calendar year for full-time team members; up to $1,500 for part-time team members). The maximum annual dollar amount is based on the year that the funds are reimbursed. PRNs and contractors are not eligible.

To be reimbursed, all educational programs must be related to your current job or an established career path within Piedmont. Only courses that are part of your eligible degree program, taken after acceptance into the program, are eligible for reimbursement. No pre-requisite courses, even if those courses earn college credit, are eligible as part of this program. Pre-requisite courses are defined as courses that must be taken prior to acceptance into a degree program. Certificates are not eligible for coverage through this program at any time.

All classes related to an undergraduate degree must be completed with a minimum grade equivalent of C- or better. All classes related to a graduate degree must be completed with a minimum grade equivalent of B- or better. Classes that are based on a pass/fail grading system must be completed with a passing grade. Classes in which you receive an incomplete, withdrawal, or equivalent grade are ineligible.
